Villa Natalia consists of three levels. On the lower one there are three spacious bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom, the sauna and a lounge area with a billard table. On the ground floor is the living room with fireplace, dining area, the kitchen and open barbecue, as well as the gym. The ground floor has direct access to the Master Pool and the lounge area around it.. On the first floor there are three more spacious bedrooms, each with their en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have gorgeous views to the sea and the island Diaporos, and access to the veranda, with sitting area.

Villa Natalia includes two independent suites, located right next to the main house. Each suite includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom and has direct access to the Small Pool and the lounge area around it.

Villa Natalia includes two private swimming pools. The infinity Master pool is in front of the Main House. The dimensions are 25 m x 7.5 m and the max. depth is 1.7m. The pool itself and the surrounding area are heated, ensuring comfort condition even in difficult weather conditions. It is surrounded by numerous lounge options, including a sitting area, sunbeds and poufs. The Small pool is in front of the Bungalow Suites. The dimensions are 10 m x 5m and the depth is 0.85m. Due to the unique, glass construction, it offers gorgeous views to the sea and the pool itself. It is also surrounded by sitting areas and sunbeds.
